Haven't done a whole lot the past few days except do some sanding on the neck. I also put a headstock logo in a couple weeks ago but I'll get into that more probably tomorrow.
I did make the bridge as well. I made up a crude jig out of MDF to route the saddle slot and used an 1/8" bit to cut the slot. This is a very crude and non-adjustable jig. It worked well, but in the future I would like to make up an adjustable jig that could be used with more than one type of bridge.

After cutting the saddle slot, I drilled the pin holes and used my belt sander to shape and contour the bridge. This picture shows the finished product. All that is left is to sand it with some fine sandpaper and add countersinks to the bridge pin holes.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll finish off the headstock inlay, and locate the bridge. Then its time to sand and get ready for start finish sanding, and then on to FINISH!
